Delivery Information

• Delivery can be arranged at check out.

• We only deliver to mainland UK.

• You will receive an email after your order is placed with what to expect from our delivery service, this includes an approximate delivery window.

• Our transport department will contact you at least the day before dispatch via email or text message so please ensure you provide us with the correct email or mobile number of the recipient.

• Our delivery vehicles are often delivering nationwide so our drivers usually take overnight runs and work over multiple days. Our drivers will contact on the day of delivery with an estimated time of arrival.

• Customers are responsible for providing an adequate delivery address as we require access to allow up to 18t flatbed wagons.

• Customers shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. This includes ensuring that there are offloading facilities available on site for when the delivery arrives whether this be forklift or other machinery or hands to manually offload. Vehicles are not equipped with cranes or forklifts.

Lead Time​

• Any lead time quoted is approximate and should not be taken as a guarantee of delivery day.

• Lead times are quoted in working days unless otherwise specified. Lead time is for the production of goods and does not include delivery lead times.

• We shall not be held liable for any costs incurred by the buyer, or any related party, for any delay in lead time resulting from factors outside of the sellers control including but not limited to shortage of raw materials, supplier delay, shipping delay, labour shortages, breakdown, theft or natural disaster.

• We shall not be held responsible for any costs incurred to the buyer, or any related party, if the installation has been arranged based solely on the lead time given by us.
