Returns & Refunds

To request a refund on your purchase, please email info@simplysleepers.co.uk

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. Refunds will not be issued after this 14 day period.

 

Refunds can only be issued once the order has been returned by the customer and the condition of the product is the same as the condition it was delivered/received in. Simply Sleepers will not be liable for any costs to return. 

Bespoke or custom products can not be returned or refunded, this includes products that have been altered or powdercoated. More details on what products are bespoke or custom can be found on each product page on www.simplysleepers.co.uk

If the product recieved is faulty, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving the order. After 3 days, you will need to provide evidence that the product was faulty before it was received. If the faulty product is bespoke or custom, Simply Sleepers holds the right to rectify the product before a replacement or refund is required.

The lead time agreed at the point of sale will not apply and could take longer when arranging any rectication to faulty products.
